The Lord, the victorious warrior is with you in the work you need to do today. If you are weary, remember God’s promise of victory. I need this today. Do you?
On that day, (which begins today, by the way) there will be no room for fear in our hearts. Why? Because the King is is residence there!
Let God be your butler, turning away your enemies! (Downton Abbey reference). God stands at the door of your heart and when your enemies come knocking, they are sent packing by the Lord. They can gain no entrance. Live an unaccosted life, within the shelter of God’s guard. When your life seems boring, without drama, perhaps it is because God has turned away your enemy and there is no conflict to be had! Give God thanks for that! A quiet heart has room for praise and rejoicing.

Here’s a good enough reason to rejoice, whatever your life’s circumstance!
What do you think? Our new life is absolutely loved and lovely. Live like it!
Here’s a good, but hard word, a target to aim for!
God’s spirit within you gives you the ability and the desire to avoid wrong. Choose life and love…and happy new year!
