Isaiah 25 prompts a confession. Do you ever feel like I confess to feeling?
Good morning, friends. Intercession is the fruit of a pure heart. The old acronym ACTS is true. Knowing the holiness and greatness of God, knowing our own sinfulness and God’s mercy toward us, letting gratitude for God’s loving kindness fill our hearts and our mouths, leads to unselfish praying for the people and the responsibilities of our lives. Amen. and Amen.
Even in the midst of a heartfelt and earnest confession, the enemy of your soul will try to turn your attention away from God’s face and onto your own unworthiness. Keep your eyes on Jesus, not on your faults.
MM 10/29/14 sin and fear from Debby Bellingham on Vimeo.
