Imagine yourself an empty vessel ready to be filled with the blessings of the Lord. That’s the promise in the scriptures. What kind of vessel are you? This morning, I was a birdbath. Wide and shallow, calm and serene, filled with rain water, awaiting visitors to be refreshed. What a gift! Let me know what vessel you are today.

A canoe like the one we have filled with rain water only empty.
You are filled with the fresh water of the Spirit.
Hi Debbie, Every day I reflect on “I am a pot, I am a vessel, made to hold something special…I got the living, loving, life of Christ inside”…however, never thought about what type of pot or vessel….maybe a beautiful wine bottle once filled with a Napa Valley Cab or Merlot….this time filled with the fragrance of Christ. Thanks for the reminder and thought provoking question:).
What an appetizing image, Ira. May being with you cause others the same joy as a great cab!
Hi Debby. I closed my eyes and immediately saw a vase filled with beautiful flowers in bloom. I can’t wait to see what type of arrangement God will make of all the different blessings, gift, challenges, and opportunities He’s given me.
Love hearing the birds chirping during your MM. Hope to see you soon.
Love,
Kimberly
